Designation–Logistics Supervisior
Experience – 3-6 Yrs.
Qualifications
- BA / BCOM/ Diploma/ ITI in any Stream
Key Responsibilites
- Experience of heavy Fabrication industry
- Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management
- Manage daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries
- Tracking the progress of shipments
- Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations
- Coordinate and ensure proper loading and unloading of all trucks
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Asst. Manager on personnel workload and scheduling issues
- Responsible for the receipt, handling and storing of components in the appropriate location
- Ensuring that procedures are completed in accordance with established Logistics and Warehouse processes
- Documents the SOP & Intructions with visuals to train the Loading-Unloading Manpower
- Ability to lead the manpower & shift Workload management
- Must have photo & documnetated evidences of all the packed & loaded material
- Good Hards on exeperince on the System MS office
- Experince of ERP working will be preferable
- Enforces safety guidelines and rules, GMP requirements and all company policies within his/her area
- Licence or Exeperince of Driving Forklift, Hydra, Farana will be added plus points
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
