Job Description
Designation – FEA Engineer(Finite Element Analysis)
Department – Mechanical Engineering
Education – BE Mechanical
Experience – 5 to 12 years.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Experience performing FEA simulations using software such as ANSYS, Abaqus or Nastran, Dlubal.
- Experience in the design and analysis of EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling) cranes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience from structural inductry would be preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop finite element models and perform FEA simulations.
- Analyze and interpret FEA results to support product design decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure that product designs are optimized for performance, weight, cost, and manufacturability.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate FEA models and simulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all FEA analysis performed and results obtained.
