Designation –Deputy Manager.

Department – Electrical Design

Experience – 9+ years

CTC – 9LPA

Skills:

  • Proficiency in electrical design software such as Eplan Electrical.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including the National Electrical Code (NEC) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards.
  • Experience in designing electrical systems for various applications, Crane electrical control panels, Specific duty crane, including power distribution, PLC control panels.
  • Familiarity with circuit analysis and simulation tools.
  • Proficiency with Excel and its programming tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting electrical issues.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings accurately.
  • Knowledge of various components, devices, and technologies used in electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming for various types of PLCs.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Over 9+ years of relevant experience in an electrical design department within the crane industry.
  • Proficiency in Eplan Electric and AutoCAD Mechanical.

Key Responsibilites

  • Lead and manage design teams in the development and implementation of electrical systems.
  • Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations such as IS, CE, UL, CSA, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other departments to integrate electrical systems into overall product design.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential design issues.
  • Perform calculations and simulations to optimize the performance and efficiency of electrical systems.
  • Select appropriate components, devices, and materials for electrical designs.
  • Generate bills of materials (BOM) and provide guidance for procurement.
  • Support testing and troubleshooting activities during product development and manufacturing stages.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in electrical design technology.
  • Create and handle the costing and electrical BOM tools.
