Designation – Service Engineer
Qualifications: Education DEE/BE
Experience – 2-3 Years, (Experience from Crane Service and E & C)
Skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills are desirable.
- Correctly instruct, supervise, and transfer skills to any apprentice or semi-skilled worker assigned to him to ensure safety and quality of work.
- Service and maintain the electrical equipment of switchboards and control panels.
- Using safety and protective devices and equipment
- Good knowledge of crane electrical schematic reading and functions of crane.
- electrical and mechanical work hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilites
- Overhead crane, hoist, chain hoist, etc. service and erection and commissioning works.
- Overhead crane installation and commissioning on site handle electrical and mechanical work with hands-on experience.
- Ready to travel and work outside of Maharashtra as and when required.
- Assemble the hoist, end truck, and festooning crane at the site for installation.
- Technical knowledge of safety requirements for crane erection and commissioning, like lifting belts, mobile cranes, Man lifter, etc.
- Mounting and wiring of the crane electrical panel as per the drawing.
- Correctly use and maintain the tools, including power tools, torque wrenches, multimeters, test equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Locate and repair faults in switchboards and control panels from an overhead crane.
- Repair the hoist at the site.
- Inspect the welding work on site.
